About
I am taking a mission trip to Uganda, Africa through LCMS World Missions. I will be leaving June 3rd and returning to the States on July 14th. This is a 6 week trip. While there I will be teaching VBS to many children throughout Uganda as well as training adults on children’s ministry. I will be accompied by 2 other girls: Brenda Newton (Nebraska) and Courtney Ulrick (Oregon). We will work closely with missionaries that have already been living there: Jacob and Michelle Gillard as well as Shauen Trump. They have been a huge help in our preporation.
Throughout my journey in Uganda, I plan to use this blog site, when I am able, to update my family and friends. Please feel free to make comments, ask questions, and make sure you check back often!
